GrowNYC hosted a Community Cooking Class in collaboration with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Kappa Epsilon Zeta and Chef Lindy Gonzalez. Chef Lindy lead us through three recipes, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Asian Cabbage Salad and Asian Style Dressing. We were also joined by GrowNYC Garden Coordinator Chantel Kemp and Tutu Badura the Greenmarket Youth Engagement Coordinator who led us through a conversation surrounding Greenmarkets, Food Justice and Healthy Alternatives.
